I am on a mission to achieve optimum health! It began for me as a teen during Sunday dinners with the family. Grandma’s southern comfort food was why we gathered. Little did we know that many of the ailments our family discussed at that same dinner table were related to much of what we were eating.
Repeated conversations of devastating diseases, medical bills, and awareness of my own declining health set me on task.
My journey included a chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2001 and countless hours
of continuing education learning methods to support the body’s natural ability to heal itself from the daily barrage of life’s stresses. I’ve focused on Chiropractic care, Nutrition Response Testing, and Splankna. I believe this is the perfect combination to direct people to health and wellness.
I am on that path to optimal health, thriving, and functioning at the highest level possible by practicing what I teach; feeling lighter, stronger, and clearer in mind than I have in years. Our “golden years” do not need to
be spent as a broken vessels plagued by medical bills and prescription drugs. We now know that food can heal the body or slowly poison it. Thriving and functioning at the highest-level possible means choosing
whole foods that nourish, strengthen, and heal.
We are transformed by changing how we think about our health and well-being; no longer conditioned to accept that which does not embody who God created us to be.
